Hi, I'm Monique.

I spent 20+ years in corporate (Sales and Human Resources) while holding every position in church, including licensed Minister. I know what it feels like to have the experience, the faith, and still not know where to start when you finally answer your calling to start your own business or ministry. I built Bigger Calling Collective because I couldn't find a community for women like us; where it wasn't another Bible study but a space where we can actually DO THE WORK that God called us to do.
