Did you finish it...or redesign it? 👀

Okay sis!!!

Tell the truth…Did you finish the thing?

Or...

Did you somehow turn “finish my coaching offer” into: Research fonts, redo brand colors, watch three videos about pricing, ask ChatGPT 37 questions, change your niche, download another freebie, and spend an hour looking at somebody else’s website “for inspiration.”

I know us, sis!!

This is what high-capacity women do when we don’t want to admit we’re avoiding the actual thing. We stay busy “around the work” and, because we were technically doing “business stuff,” we let ourselves believe we made progress.

But did the thing get finished, tho?

That’s the question.

Listen, if you’re still working on it, I’m not fussing at you but I do want you to notice whether you made the task bigger than it needed to be because perfectionism loves moving the finish line.

You said:

“I just need to write my bio.”

Then your brain said:

“Well, I should probably redo my entire LinkedIn profile while I’m here.”

No. Finish the bio, sis.

You said:

“I need to write my offer.”

Then suddenly we need competitive research, a new brand name, a trademark search, and a spiritual retreat.

Girl.

Finish the offer. 😂

Your business doesn’t need everything finished this week. It needs ONE finished thing.

That’s what we’re practicing.

So if it’s done? Celebrate it!

I mean that.

If it isn’t? Strip the task back down to the version you originally committed to and finish THAT before Sunday.

No shame. No restarting. No “I’ll try again next week.”

FINISH.

Then hit reply and tell me:

DONE.

You don’t even have to explain.

I’ll know what it means. 🤍

Talk to ya Monday.

Rooting for you always,

Monique

P.S. Perfectionism will keep adding requirements until obedience becomes impossible. Sometimes done really is the faithful move.

P.P.S. This challenge is another reason I’m building Bigger Calling Collective the way I am.

Because sometimes you don’t need another course.

You need somewhere to bring the half-finished thing and say:

“Can somebody look at this and tell me if I’m overthinking it?”

THAT kind of support matters.

I’m still gathering feedback before I finalize the trainings, coaching, and resources inside Bigger Calling Collective.

If you haven’t taken the survey yet, please give me two minutes.

[Help Me Build Bigger Calling Collective]

Tell me what you actually want and need inside this community, because I want us to build the kind of room we’ve been wishing existed.
