Okay sis, it’s time to check in.

How’s that Minimum Faithful Move going?

And I already know what happened to some of y’all. Monday you were READY. Tuesday you did your ten minutes. Wednesday got disrespectful. 😂 Work blew up, somebody needed something and you got home and were too tired. Dinner still needed to happen, so you sat down for “just a minute” and suddenly Netflix was asking whether you were still watching.

And now here comes THE thought: “See? I’m already messing this up.”

That’s EXACTLY the kind of thinking we’re getting rid of during The Great Lock-In!

One missed day does not mean you failed! It means you simply missed a day.

That’s it.

Do you know what we normally do? We miss Wednesday and decide the whole week is ruined.

Then we’ll “start fresh Monday.” Monday turns into next month. Next month turns into January.

And now we’re back where we started.

No ma’am!

Your challenge today is simple:

Return.

Do your ten minutes today. Even if you missed yesterday (especially if you missed yesterday) because consistency is not never missing; consistency is learning how to come back without turning one imperfect day into an identity crisis.

Amen, somebody!

Somebody needed that for more than her business.🙋🏾

Listen, you’re building while living your REAL LIFE.

Your child may get sick. Your mother may need you. Corporate may corporate 🙄. Your energy is limited. You’re going to have off days, sis.

The woman who eventually builds the business is not the woman whose life never interrupts her. She’s the woman who learns how to return to where she left off.

So tell me…did you stay consistent or did you miss a day and come back?
